My xbox live keeps disconnecting every 10-20 minutes and I've tried everything.

I fowarded all of my ports and created a static ip for my xbox 360 but nothing seems to work. I don't know what to do now could someone please help me?

Xbox 1 keeps disconnecting from Internet

My xbox 1 keeps disconnecting from xbox live every 10 minutes or so after that it reconnects on its own and keeps repeating the process over and over...

I tried restarting router

I tried hard restart on xbox 1

I tried clearing the cache

None of these worked and I need help

 

Keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live

This was always a big problem for me back when I had D-link DSL-2640R. I thought it was the end of that when I had recently got echolife hg532, but since yesterday it has started again. It keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every 10-20 minutes.
I have tried a wireless and wired connection but the problem keeps happening. My NAT type is open and I have tried many times restarting the router but is making no difference.

 

You may have bad internet connection. What broadband company are you with and are you on an unlimited download package or set limit cap?

Wired or wireless?

 

Try reseting your Router/Modem.....

I have comcast and I think I am on the unlimited download package. Wired

 

I've tried resetting my router and modem but it keeps on disconnecting I'm not sure if I need a new router. Or what.

 

Have you called comcast? or checked the Service alerts?
