My Xbox live isn’t working even thought i just bought a year?!

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
   http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
3. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

I bought a year of xbox live and it thought I bought 2 and charged me for 2 year xbox live how do I cancel the second one

Ohhhhhh i honestly thought that number was the total amount of years you've had xbox LIVE but that number never changed. I've had xbox live for 4 years. My first year I was on and off with membership but the I bought two years of membership and just renewed
with three months once I needed to and that number always stayed three.

I got the same thing and I dont know how to fix it and I cant play xbox live and I just got the xbox for my birthday and I just bought a year of xbox live and it was a rip off because now my account doesnt work!!

so damn! It looks like it is an issue , my Xbox one x started black screening as soon as I bought it , I didn’t pay much attention to it , then It happened again I had to turn it on and off a couple of times it worked , then it happened again I had to hard
reset , it worked , now it happened again this morning and no matter what I do it just isn’t working , by the way that’s 10 hours ago . If Can’t be very common thought because if it was we would have heard more about it
