    Hey microsoft,

    I was wondering why my xbox is allowing me to play aonline even though it has expired. I am wondering if I will be charged for this "free" xbox live because I had turned off recurring billing as I didn't want to buy a new subscription but it seems that
    I will get charged for this "free" period of xbox live even though I did not want it. I turned off recurring billing as I have done numerous times but this is the first time a problem like this has occured.

    Has anyone else used your console that may have set it as their Home? You could be sharing their subscriptions.

    DLC wont redeem

    What is the DLC for? It is possible that, since the code has expired, even though you were able to download it you may still not have access to it because of the expiration.

    Friends and messaging is still intermittent. Don't worry about it, your friends list will return once they have solved all the issues.
