    Today i bought a months Xbox live on the computer and it hasn't gone through to my Xbox. WHY? and how can i fix it?! First it said i have to change some settings, but i have no family settings or anything. HELP!

    your gamertag is shown as silver, which indicates that your purchase was not succesful.

    have you been charged? in this case contact xbox Support.

    if not, then you should try again, preferably on your console directly.

    When purchasing a membership on the computer it can take a while for the membership to populate your account. To speed up the process go to Settings>System>Network and run a Connection Test. This will sign you out. When you sign back in you should be
    showing as Gold.

    If that doesn't work then check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure the payment went through. If it did and you have not received the membership then contact phone support for more assistance.

    It is just a matter of waiting for the change to propogate through the Xbox Live servers, it can take a day or two. I'd recommend waiting for a few days, and if it still hasn't gone through, contact Xbox Support directly at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You install purchased Xbox 360 games just as any other One title. They will be in the ready to Install section of My Games and Apps.

    If it is not there, then your purchase hasn't gone through.
