    My Xbox live has run out early


    My gamer tag is: and my Xbox live gold membership was supposed to expire on 20/07/17 but today (13/07/17) none of my xbox live features are working and my network connection says everything looks good. Please can you help me out.

    Xbox Live Membership

    When I purchased my xbox 360 console it came packaged with a code for three free months of xbox live gold. I signed up for this less than three months ago (two months and fifteen days ago to be exact) yet my membership has already run out. I understand that
    15 more days of xbox live gold is not a huge deal, but I should still have my membership. Why did my membership run out early? What can I do to get the rest of my three months?

    Hello Harry. The number to call customer service is indeed free for the most part. If you are in the US, 1800-4my-xbox. Otherwise, there's a list here:

    That game is a fantasy. In reality everyone will be running around the place silent or with no mic and doing their own thing. No strategy and no communication. This has been my Xbox 360 Live experience. Early Xbox Live was a dream though.

    Hi there, Harry. You can request Microsoft call you via the xbox support page here on xbox.com. Just a quick question though, have you reviewed your xbox billing history via www.billing.microsoft.com? From that website you can see all the transactions that
    occur on your account.
