My Xbox live has been cancelled

its only frustrating when people dont read the warning before purchase

i cant find the ‘ select I want to protect my account as the topic‘ in the Family & safety online section. Could you please advise thank you

did you upgrade to Ultimate Gamepass then cancel the Ultimate Gamepass?

go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

select Family and online safety as the category

select I want to protect my account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a call or Chat online.

You need to first select the "Contact Us" in the first grey box on the top of the screen. From there you'll first choose "Family & Online Safety". Under that is the next box, select "I want To Protect My Account". Skip past content labeled "Notifications"
and go all the way to the bottom of the screen where you'll find options to request either a call or a chat online. I hope you get this worked out, it sounds very frustrating!
