My Xbox Live Gold Subscription is not showing on my xbox.com or on my console (Xbox One)

I pay £5.99 a month for Gold from Paypal; MS take the payment every month and I can play on line games no problem. However, whenever I try and get any of the free games I am told that I have to purchase Gold! I have looked at my account on Xbox.com and
my subscription is not even listed like my Office 365 sub!

Please help someone

Xbox Tenure not appearing

I received my Xbox One two days ago and registered my Xbox Live Gold 12-month Gold subscription but my Xbox Tenure (the number of active Xbox live subscription years next to your GamerTag) isn't showing up on either my Xbox One, or my Xbox.com profile. Everything
else such as Achievements and pins are all there. I tried recovering my account but it did nothing.

I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????

the same is happening to me (Xbox Gold and EA Access subscriptions active). This is not working on the Xbox One console store, Xbox.com or the Xbox App. On the app, for example, The Technomancer tab shows 'Purchased 4/1/19' while Plants vs Zombies Garden
Warfare 2 does not appear such an indication. It is showing just the two buttons: 'Install on Xbox One' and 'Play on Xbox One', while on the web it shows only 'Install on my devices' and 'Purchase as gift', same as in console store (the three dots shows only
'Redeem a code'). Clicking either or them results on the game installed on my console, but the state isn't changed. Some time ago happened something similar with Battlefield I but in that occasion it worked from the Xbox.com web, but now it doesn't. Any other
solution?

No luck, I still receive the same message. I have Xbox Gold for both accounts and it shows up under the subscriptions along with my realms subscription.

Also, there are only the same two profiles on the Xbox One so there was no Gold subscription on that console...

But how can this happen? My Gold membership is a pre paid one which was paid fully, its not a monthly subscription for Xbox Live not to work. So if I migrate my account to US and still stay in Malaysia after 3 months, will my Gold Subscription show up again?
