my xbox live gold membership redeem code is not working

Xbox Live trial memberships can only be redeemed if you do not have an existing Xbox Live Gold membership. You can redeem a trial code once your current membership has expired.

Thanks for the response. I don't see my Xbox Live Gold membership subscription under my account.

It was working fine for a week after I redeemed the code, but after returning the online version of membership, I am not able to connect to my redeemed subscription. And I am not sure what to do.

I can't redeem any codes! I work hard for my money. I purchased an Xbox One, bought a card for a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Membership, & $15 card. None of the codes work when typed in. I tried the error code into their error code search & nothing worked!

I too have received the same thing but instead of a 12 month Live Gold which it states. The code says its for a 1 month Live Gold.

Go to Xbox.com, sign in to your Xbox LIVE account.

Select My Account from the My Xbox drop-down menu on the top of the page.

Click Redeem Code from the left-hand navigation area.

Enter the 25-character pre-paid code in the space provided and click Redeem to confirm the addition of the complimentary Xbox LIVE Gold membership to your existing Xbox LIVE account.

How to Redeem Your Code From Your Xbox 360 Console:

Press the Xbox 360 Guide button, and then go to the Marketplace area.

Select Redeem Code.

Enter the 25-character pre-paid code.

You will be prompted to confirm the item (game token, points, etc) that you are redeeming. Provide confirmation. Then, download will begin (for a content purchase).
