So i went to do it on xbox.com and it said it worked. So then i rebooted my console and when i came back to it my gold trial still wasn't there. That was my last gold trail and i dont know what i should do.

14 Day Trial says "I already have a gold membership."

Ok, so my gold membership ran out about 2 days ago. That means I do NOT have gold anymore, right? The gold membership I had was a 1 year gold membership, I got it a year ago for my Xbox 360. Then, on November I got an Xbox One and the gold membership was
working. It expired 2 days ago and when I try to redeem the 14 day gold trial, it says I already have gold and doesn't let me play? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

To clarify, trials won't give your a Gold account, but it will give you some Gold features. If you're still having trouble redeeming a trial code, please give it a try here on Xbox.com by clicking your GT at the top right and selecting 'Redeem Code'. Let
us know how it goes

Xbox Live trial memberships can only be redeemed if you do not have an existing Xbox Live Gold membership. You can redeem a trial code once your current membership has expired.

Thanks for the support message.

When you redeem a 2/7/14 day trial, you can not stack a paid membership on it until it expires and the trial is only good for the game it comes with.
