    Hello everyone. I just updated my xbox on yesterday, I didn't use it for almost three weeks. When I signed in, my Xbox Live Gold membership was missing. I Bought a 12 month gold membership this summer, I looked it up, and the billing says it will expire
    on 06/07/2015. I connected Xbox support, I power cycled my xbox, deleted my account everything. This is really frustrating. Basically my Membership expired way before it should have. Any ideas on this?

    I just purchased a 12 month Gold membership, however, when I sign into Xbox live it says I still need a Gold membership. My online account shows that I purchased the 12 month subscription in my transaction too.

    You can purchase 5 years of Live Gold membership on 5 12 month cards and activate each one as each year expires. Or you can activate 3 12 month cards and have a total of 36 months of maximum subscription and then activate the 2 12 month cards.

    I was the boat too. I just brought a Xbox Live 12 month Gold membership for Christmas. It was suppose to be 12 month like Christmas 2013. 2.5 months expire it's not right.
