    Have you tried other digital codes to see if they produce the same error?

    And have you tried searching up the error code?

    Best advice I can give you is try contacting Xbox support, I had to contact them to get my Halo Wars Definitive Edition code to just work.

    Just make sure that you have your code and receipt handy. They might ask for it.
