My xbox live gold is paused

My xbox live gold is paused and it says "your payment has expired". I Bought a 12 months gold in march and now it says i need to buy new xbox live gold. please help.

After the recent dashboard update and subsequent RROD, Can my Live Gold account be 'paused' until I get a repair?

Curious if I can have my Gold Live account paused until I have my xbox 360 repaired.

I am unable to use it due to the 3 red lights -- my older model could not handle the fall 2011 update -- and a repair is going to be at least a month if not much longer....

Thus I would be missing out on a month's or more use of Live Gold...?

Any thoughts if this is possible?

I really loved the system before this happened.

Sorry you were in the hospital for so long.

If you spoke with phone support I'm not sure why they sent you here. There is nothing anyone on the forums can do to help you out.

Live service is not usually paused for any reason but continues on a linear basis. I have never heard of anyone ever having their service paused.

However, on a good note you no longer need a Gold membership to access app features such as Netflix. It's all pretty much for online multiplayer and the Games with Gold program. If you're unfamiliar with Games With Gold you are given two free games per
month with a Gold membership.

You can call up phone support. I'm sure this would be under billings department.

Explain the situation. They can cancel your subscription from their end and generate a code for you to reactivate it when ready. There may be an expiration on the code, I do not know.
