My xbox live gold has been cancelled, but it has not yet expired.

I reset my xbox after an issue that caused the games not to save any progress. It took me to a page where it told me told reset my xbox. I thought that would be the solution to the problem. It gave me two options: The first was to completely wipe the xbox,the
second was to wipe everything but the game and apps. I chose the second option. I then loaded everything back up and my xbox live wasn't working. I thought this may be a malfunction, therefor I restarted the console. After i loaded back up, it still said that
i had to buy the xbox live gold back. I don't want to risk paying again as I'm aiming to buy the new console for Christmas. Any suggestions would be fantastic.

there not really free you payed for Xbox live gold. with that said this program games for gold has been nothing but a disappointment. yet another reason im glade i canceled my xbox one preorder along with next years XBL

contact xbox support for that or go to account.microsoft.com sign in and you can see your subscriptions current and expired

This does not deal with the issue. The subscription was cancelled within 30 days ( infact 1 day) and the original xbox gold live subscription should not have been upgraded.

We still have 10 months on the original xbox gold live subscription which has just been cancelled.

This is daylight theft !

Xbox Live Gold has always been a paid service.

It may be possible that an account which had Xbox Live Gold was also set as Home Xbox, allowing you to share the benefits, but has since expired or been removed.

Nothing anyone here can do as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

It's possible you have had a 100 day extension put on your suspension because other offences you have committed were discovered.
