    My xbox live gold does not redeem


    Hello, i just bought an xbox live gold key for 12 months, but it does not redeem! it keep saying, unexpected error, we noticed it and it would be checked, please redeem your code later... it also happens on the xbox website and i tried different browsers!
    HELPPP!!

    Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

    Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

    But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

    would a pre paid gold card for xbox live work. It seems that my card is regeistered in a country xbox live does not support. I am worried I pay for a redeem card and it does not work also?

    I am not 100% sure exactly what your question is asking. You are able to redeem reward points for xbox live gold. Complete some of the quests in the rewards app and you will have enough points to redeem for a gold subscription. Does this help at all?

    Yes, Gold became Core.

    Any old Xbox Live Gold cards bought and redeemed now are also automatically converted to Core.
