    My xbox live gold code is not working


    I typed in my code, but it won't go through and I don't know why. There are no typos when I type in the code, but for some reason it says that "Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact the merchant." I just got the card too and when
    the person who gave it to me said that he did activate it. Please help.
