    My xbox live gold account doesn't work anymore!!


    Hello,

    I paid a 12 month xbox live gold membership 2 months ago and I was able to play online but since last week I cannot play online anymore when I try to play online on every game I have it says " you must have a xbox live subscription" but I already have it.

    I can see it in my subscriptions and I can download the free "games with gold " games.

    What I already Do:

    - powercycling the console

    - redownload the profile

  2. Gold subscription doesn't work anymore

    Any active Gold subscription on your account applies to both the Xbox One and Xbox 360, provided you are logged into the consoles with the same account.

    Verify your active subscriptions here:
    https://account.microsoft.com/services


    Give your console a
    power cycle
    as well, see if that helps things.

    I can't play onnline anymore since today. I bought a gold subscription 10 days ago, and i was able to play online, until this morning where it says that i have to go gold to play online (on xbox one, and on 360 i'm silver...) but when i go to my account,
    i can see that i'm gold until july 2018.

    What can i do?

    Hey Mister Mascot,

    I'm seeing this issue on my Xbox One, my account information are up to date.

    Also I can see in my Order history my Xbox Live Gold subscription and the payment is completed.

    That could be the problem, are you seeing the country you're physically located in on that list? If not, then there could be weird issues like this to where some things work and others don't. You'll want the region on your account to be set to the one you're
    physically located in. Which country specifically are you located in?
