    My Xbox live gold 1 year subscription ended 8 months early


    At the end of May, I renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription for one year. I logged onto my Xbox today, opened up Fortnite and I try to log in. The error message saying I need Xbox Live Gold to play pops up. I check my memberships and the subscription to
    Xbox live has disappeared...

    What the hell? Can someone help please?

    My Premium upgrade was for 1 year, but ended 3 months early. I purchased it on March 13, 2015 and a message on December 22, 2015 said my subscription ended. Also there is no option to renew. I won't renew. Ever.

    X box Live Gold membership gave me free Games with Gold every month: two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360. which I downloaded happily to my console. My subscription ended on8/8/2018. but all games i downloaded during my subscription are not playable right

    When you go to https://account.microsoft.com/ click on the tab "Services and Subscriptions" do you see any subscriptions over there ?
    No. I even checked my Order history ans it's not there either.

    Why does my 24 month subscription of Xbox live says it’s going to expire soon and it’s only been less than a year??

    By any chance, did he add 24 months of Xbox Live Gold to an account with a Game Pass Ultimate subscription? If Xbox Live Gold is added to an already existing Game Pass Ultimate subscription, it will get converted to GPU at a shorter time duration. 1 year of Gold becomes 4 months of Ultimate. So 2 years of Gold would end up converted to only 8 months of Game Pass Ultimate.
