My Xbox Live Expired 7 months early

If you indeed, did have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription still active when you redeemed your Gold subscription, it would have certainly converted to the monetary value equal to that subscription. This would be four months.

From the MS Contact page here https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/, click on Contact support in the browser instead & type the following into the virtual agent chat:

Chat > when it asks you to select your product, choose Xbox > Select your issue, choose Payments & purchases

You should see the option for a chat & we strongly recommend you select it. We tried this out & the chat option is still there, and they'll be able to help you with getting everything set up.

I had gotten gamepass for 1 month and xbox live gold for a year. My gamepass came with the xbox and I cant play online because of my supposed expired Xbox Live.

I had the gamepass for 1 month not the ultimate, my 1 month gamepass came with my xbox one s. if that is not it then do you know what the issue is?

When you have Ultimate and you add a standard Gold or Game Pass subscription, it gets converted to Ultimate since Ultimate includes those subscriptions. Since it's converted based on price, 12 months of Gold is equal to 4 months of Ultimate.

Did you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription when you bought the Gold?
