    My xbox live expired 11 months early please help


    I purchased a 12 month xbox live subscription (applying a x25 digit code) one month ago, redeemed the code and have been using the account since, and today I see my subscription has expired on my microsoft account.
    I can't see on microsoft's website how to speak to a person to resolve this, please can anyone help? Thanks

    If you referring to the one month of Xbox Live that was provided for early Halo: Master Chief Collection players, that code has expired and is no longer redeemable. If you're referring to a different offer please clarify so we can look into it ;)

    How is there an outstanding balance? It was set to expire on 11/17/11, and I put the 3 month code in on 11/14, THREE DAYS PRIOR. Plus, I turned off automatic renewal as soon as the option became available on the website again. Absolutely nothing should
    have been charged to me.

    In fact, here is my email:
