    My Xbox Live Crown disappeared for no reason!


    The other day my account was fine and I had a perfect 2 year crown on my profile (I know it's not much, but still) and yesterday I contacted Xbox Support chat about my crown randomly disappearing and they were completely rude and said "If your account still
    has gold, then don't worry about the icon". Can anyone please help me get my crown on my gamercard back? If this has happened to anyone else and you know how to fix it, PLEASE reply. Thanks!

    The problem lies in the automatic renewel of the ESO Plus and the 1500 Crowns bonuse,

    @MemphizUK buying Crowns in bundles would not generally give problems.

    The reason why you need to contact Xbox Support for ESO Plus problems, is because of the subscription is with Microsoft directly, and not with Zenimax.
