My xbox live communications were suspended

I am not sure why I was suspended? I was simply playing GTA V and I believe someone got mad and reported me because I was killing him over and over and wanted 35% of a heist finale(which is crazy as there are 4 people in the lobby and I have to pay a startup
and should receive the majority percentage). I was laughing while doing this, but that is part of the game. I have never had any previous issues on Xbox Live and would like to think I'm a good person. If I have done something wrong I am truly sorry and if

So... how do you know who reported you?

So... how do you know what action has been taken with them? Have you been communicating with them?

So... have you checked your email lately? That's where info on suspensions usually show up.

Ok Oreo134, here is a little piece of advice that you really should listen to and learn.

If someone is harassing you, report him, and than block him.;

Easy as that, that way there isn't anything the other person can do to try and get you banned.

If you send messages etc. then the other person will just report your message and get you banned. Also the enforcement team don't do a ban on just one bad action, I'm guessing you have done this before.

It says its not eligible for review and I'm not sure why? I haven't done anything. I feel like someone is just harassing me by falsely reporting me to have my privileges suspended?

 

Not all suspensions are eligible for review. If it's a short suspension (24 hours) it is not eligible because it would take longer than the suspension to review it.

The enforcement team investigates all reports they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct. You can have a million complaints filed against you and not receive a suspension.

 

This is my first suspension ever and it says its longer than 24 hours. How can I go about resolving this as its my birthday and I would really like to be able to talk in the party with my friends? ie. a formal letter of recollection/
apology/ promise to not violate again?

 

A case review would be the only way to have the enforcement team look into it again. Since it is not eligible for a review, all you can do is wait it out.

 

Does it turn back on at midnight central time?

 

The enforcement site should show when it is supposed to end. Suspensions end at approximately the same time of day they were enforced.
