    My Xbox Live Code Won't Work


    I entered an xbox live code that I got 10 minutes ago on the Xbox Live website, and it said that it couldn't find the code I entered and gave me this,

    My xbox live won't work

    Sometimes when people purchase Xbox Live Gold, the console itself does not immediately “recognize” that your account now has an active Gold subscription.

    This can usually be fixed by giving your Xbox a
    power cycle    , which should clear and refresh the system cache. Give that a try and see if it helps.

    Have you tried redeeming it on the console? If so, what is the error message/code you receive there?

    Please make sure that you have updated or completed filling out your Billing information at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account and try to redeem the code again.

    If you are still having issues, please contact Xbox Support

    What type of code is it the 48hour ir 14 day trial if so then try playing a game if it works them it works

    Trial cards dont give you full gold or let you download games with gold games

    You need full paid memberships for that

    payment option was issued and your store region need to match

    Better question what region are you in

    If you are changing regions to get better pricing or bought aj out of region codes it won't work as the error says your payment option MUST match your actual region and xbox region

    If you dont live ij a xbox live region it won't work

    Yes and no

    They are safe but that's not the issue

    You have to watch the region of the codes as they are region locked and using EU codes still require you to be in an xbox live supported region so being in Romania account region won't work since its NOT A xbox live region for example
