My Xbox Live Club Violates the Code of Conduct

This is what I stated in the case why should my club be not taken down and his replied

My response :

The two only possibly reason my club was taken down was because of the picture on the home page, but it wasn't it even profanity. The other reason was probably the name, but when you break the term loli and phile to their stems. Loli means to too like young
girls and philes means to denoting fondness for a specified thing. Even if this might sound lewd in nature it was just 2-D drawing no real life little girls was shown during the none of the activity feed nor was it talk about.

His response :

Thank you for your inquiry. This Club was permanently closed after being used to commit severe or repeated violations of the Code of Conduct. The club “Team LoliPhiles” was found to be referencing and promoting the sexualization of under-aged figures. As
stated in the Code of Conduct, “content involving illegality, … including child pornography, obscenity or criminal activity” is strictly prohibited.

I just want know the reason of why my club was taken down as I said before I put no sexualize picture on my account nor did have any under-aged figures on my activity feed all it was a group of people that like 2-D drawing of young girls/guys. But there
was no explicit content on it. I just want to find the actual reason to why my club was banned

Except it's already been said to be a violation of the code of conduct to do it repeatedly.

 

Is this against the tos?

Asking over Xbox live is a public method.

The way the code of conduct is worded, the person giving personal details out over xbox live also violates the code of conduct.

 

Seems you've already been told why.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so nobody here can add anything to what you have already been told.

If you have already filed for a case review then that's it,there's nothing else you can do.

Ummm you do realize that it doesn't matter if the characters are real or not right?

It's still a violation of laws as you been told by the enforcement agent
