    My Xbox Live ain't working


    So yesterday I bought 3 months of Xbox Live, filled in the code and everything but I still can't play online on any game.

    I have tried it with multiple games but they all say I don't have Xbox Live. Can someone pls help me?

    Hello my Xbox says that I don't have Xbox live but when I go to my subscriptions it says I have nearly 3 months left please do something about this.

    in this case it is best for your friend to check his transactions (for the gifts) at
    http://account.microsoft.com

    and check if the payment went through correctly.

    If the payment transaction doesn't show any issues then it's best for your friend to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support so they can do a more in-depth check into what could have gone wrong

    If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    This doesn't help, as I already tried numberous times, but it says that not only is Phone calls not availible for my issue, but also, the ONLY option on fixing/doing this is the Virtual Assistant who didn't help at all

    You will need to contact the online support to investigate further. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
