My Xbox Live Account Wont Migrate

Hello I have a Locale/Language/Billing Problem. I created my account on an India Locale, and since then ive changed it to United States/English Language. Then recently i wanted to change my gamertag, it still shows "RS" India money even though i changed
both the locale on the Xbox And Computer. I've also not been able to change the gamertag because there is no Payment Option on the account, although I've already added a Visa expiring in 2017 and there is already $15.00 on the account. This stuff only shows
on xbox.com, explaining why it doesn't update onto my account. I've also recently changed The billing info to my "legitimate info" which doesn't update onto my account either, when i try to update myself on the xbox it just shows i can't change the states
to the American states it only allows me to change them to India states, again stuck on India locale even though i changed it. Attempting to change it on the computer from India to United States works showing /en-US/ in the web address at the top. But when
I logout of xbox.com and back into it, it then again shows /en-IN/ in the address for India again although i changed the locale on Both: Console and Xbox.com, and changed the billing information to United States, Illinois only on the computer as it doesn't
allow me on the console. I've already Migrated the account from India To United States. On my xbox it still shows India money and it won't let me put proper billing information in, it's stuck on states in India. This isn't allowing me to use My United States:
Xbox Live, Microsoft Points, the credit card i registered on it (The credit card i put on it on xbox.com won't even show up on the account and when I try to change my name it says add a payment option but i already have money and a credit card on the account).

Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

 

Will account migration affect gold subscription

So I have made a UAE account on xbox live and it has a gold subscription So I am going to migrate so if I do an account migrate will my gold affect the action?

live.xbox.com/.../AccountMigration or did you just change the website region by click the region on the bottom of this page? If you haven't moved your account over to the correct region by following those steps I linked to you, please do so and see if

i had the same problem and when i did what you told me to i didnt get a code

 

happened to me to, I had to get an activation email to fix my account so I can change my region and I am NOT waiting until 6/25 to get the email I really want to buy on marketplace!

 

I am having the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Did you guys figure out a solution? If so please post how you fixed the problem. My xbox/account is stuck on United Kingdom currency and no matter what i do on xbox.com it will not affect my account on my xbox one console
at all. It always just shows United Kingdom currency so I am unable to purchase any games because I cannot complete my billing info since it wont let me chose New Jersey as my state, it only gives me the option to chose wales, northern ireland, england, or
scotland. =(
