My xbox live account was stolen and banned

my xbox one was stolen how do i recover it or get it banned from xbox live its registered to my account

No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

I understand that your account was stolen and banned, but what I would like to know is if you have already regained access? From what I understand, the bans can be appealed and viewed through the following link:

If you have already filed an appeal, and it was rejected, unfortunately, nothing can be done since they are the only ones in charge in cases of prohibition, just as a friendly reminder, temporary prohibitions cannot be appealed, you must wait for the time to expire.

Attempting to sell an account can/will get the account banned. Read the TOS, you cannot sell an account. Even worse for the person you sell it to, if you later claim your account was stolen they will go in and ban his xbox for purchasing a stolen account.
Just don't do it, read the console suspension forums for evidence.
