Calling out other games is not allowed on the forums. You would need to file a complaint on him via the console if you want the enforcement team to investigate him.

I have the same problem too. Ive gone through xbox support line and have no other means to recover my old account. I had hundreds of dollars in games and i believe my old account was hacked since i dont have access to my old games. All i have is my old
profile info. No access to the emails associated with my old account or the phone number.

You got caught with a modded gamerscore, face the facts. You can't be hacked on Xbox Live.

Hi, thanks for responding. Ok, I've discovered few things. First my old Microsoft account is still on my XBOX One console with my old pre-hacked email. When I try to add user to that console and choose "I don't remember my account" (translations may not be exact, beacause I have my console set in Polish), screen appears to write an email associated with that account. After I type the email used with hacked account, a screen appears saying
"
[old email] is an existing Microsoft account. Try to login using this username.
Because of safety reasons part of the username is hidden.
[old email] is associated with following username:
[partially hidden hacker email]
"
The only button that is avaiable is "Login". When I try to add new user to console and enter my old email directly, message appears saying "This account is currently used on that console. Please use another account". I guess good thing is that my hacked account is "stuck" to that console which means that i can extract at least some info if I disconnect form internet. Like I said I still have that console ID and partially hidden email of the hacker. Maybe it can help
