My Xbox Live account was banned and I cant access my games

Says this console cant access Xbox live after my ban has ended. I mostly play my 360 games so this has ruined my experience.

As for your game licenses, unfortunately they are banned along with the account that purchased them. You cannot get them transferred to other accounts.

My Xbox 360 device is not permanently banned, I can still access the internet and Xbox live with my second account on the console, so that’s not my issue. My issue is that I cannot add/download my old, very first Xbox live profile/account to my Xbox 360 because the ACCOUNT is permanently banned, not the console. And again, this is not a password issue. I still have full access to the associated Microsoft account and still use it very frequently, I just want to be able to download my profile and access my old game saves OFFLINE, but I can’t because it stops the profile from downloading because it’s banned

You need a Gold account to access online MP on LIVE, yours is silver at the moment. If its only an issue with MW2 then you would need to contact the games developers regarding a
game specific ban.

If you cant log onto LIVE at all using that account and receive the 'your account is banned form LIVE' message permanently.

Then you would need to ask about that in the
'my account was suspended forum'.

MS do not issue or have any influence on game specific bans.

why is it ween you us the apps on xbox you have them link't to ower other account and ween you banned some one why do you ban them from xbox live and there email account or the skyipe account or youtube account on there conputer ween they have some thing
link't to there xbox ? how is that not braking the law ? leet s say i get ban on xbox live i get on my conputer i have my email link to my youtube account and i cant get in to it do to im ban on xbox live how is that not braking the law ?
