My xbox live account lost 30440 gamerscore

well my issue started on july 29th 2017 at 9:40 pm I was playing elder scrolls 5 skyrim trying to earn Gamerscore at that point I had 220952 Gamerscore by 9:42 pm I lost 30440 Gamerscore and was at 189512 I called xbox support and they told me to start a
forum my xbox live gamertag is so if any support members can please fix this issue I would be thankful support also told me there is nothing wrong with my account I'm not banned or anything like that also when I go to my profile on the xbox one
for example the witcher 3 wild hunt it says I have 0 of 2000 Gamerscore but when I log onto the game I have 1185 of 2000 and its doing this for 50 plus games I just want my account fixed and this issue to be resolved because its the first time ive had this
issue in the 8 years I have had this account

when I go to my profile and look at some games I have 0 of 1000 or 0 of 2000 like the witcher 3 wild hunt It says I have 0 of 2000 but when I load the game up and I hit the guide button and check the achievements it says I have 1185 of 2000 but when I go to
the achievement leaderboards it says 0 of 2000 this is affecting over 50 titles ive called xbox support over 7 times with in a 4 hour period and no one will help me or they just hang up this is very annoying considering ive played xbox for 8 years on this
account and never have had this issue and ive never felt like this when talking to support before the level of disrespect they have shown to me on july 30th 2017 is crazy my gamer tag is rage mode 101 and all I want is my account fixed and my Gamerscore set
to where its suppose to be and that's at 220952 its takin me years to achieve this and its disheartens me to not be able to get this problem fixed and told over and over theres nothing I can do when this is affecting money I spent directly out of my pocket
and affecting months upon months of game play sp of anyone at all can help me I would be happy and I can prove this accusation with video and photo evidence ok seeing that I had to log into another account my dads in order to create this post because my forum
post on my account rage mode 101 wont post so this problem is not affecting but it is affecting rage mode 101 so please fix my account and give me back my Gamerscore

If xbox one games are missing then it's a glitch that affects people every now & then.

Seen this a few times over the past 3 or 4 months.No idea why it happens but in every case it has corrected itself after a few days.

You can try removing & re downloading your profile & it might correct itself that way,if not it should fix itself within a few days.
