My Xbox live account logged me out and now its asking me to "Finish adding security info"

I have pressed the button to send me a ode but no code is going to the email address

We have just purchased Assassins Creed Unity and my children cannot play it as we cannot log in, not to mention the other games we have paid for. I have tried calling and using the support chat and nobody can resolve this issue

We have just been charged for our Xbox Live Gold yearly subscription and we cannot use it. How can you charge your customers for this when they cannot log in and cannot get the code to recover their account, I told the support person we better be refunded
for this and the money has not been returned, so we are paying for and Xbox account that does not work.

I am not sure why we are receiving this code to the email address but this better be resolved quickly. I am sick and tired of calling and chatting to people who cannot help me. I am happy to post the email address and gamertag my sons uses. I can also supply
the credit card details linked to the account and the Paypal account details we used to purchase Assassins Creed. I have the email confirmations and proof of purchase for all the products. I also have the Xbox One Device ID if you want that.

This issue has been ongoing since last Friday 1st September. Maybe the account was hacked, I really dont know but its not that hard to rectify the issue when we can supply all the account and payment information.

We have made a complaint and also lodged a complaint with the ombudsman about this. Can somebody contact us ASAP about this issue.

You mentioned that you reached out to Phone/Chat support. When you spoke with them, did they provide you with any steps for recovering your account or did you only ask for a refund on your Xbox Live gold subscription?
