My Xbox live account logged me out and now its asking me to "Finish adding security info"

I have pressed the button to send me a ode but no code is going to the email address

We have just purchased Assassins Creed Unity and my children cannot play it as we cannot log in, not to mention the other games we have paid for. I have tried calling and using the support chat and nobody can resolve this issue

We have just been charged for our Xbox Live Gold yearly subscription and we cannot use it. How can you charge your customers for this when they cannot log in and cannot get the code to recover their account, I told the support person we better be refunded
for this and the money has not been returned, so we are paying for and Xbox account that does not work.

I am not sure why we are receiving this code to the email address but this better be resolved quickly. I am sick and tired of calling and chatting to people who cannot help me. I am happy to post the email address and gamertag my sons uses.

I can also supply the credit card details linked to the account and the Paypal account details we used to purchase Assassins Creed.

I have the email confirmations and proof of purchase for all the products.

I also have the Xbox One Device ID if you want that.

This issue has been ongoing since last Friday 1st September. Maybe the account was hacked, I really dont know but its not that hard to rectify the issue when we can supply all the account and payment information.

We have made a complaint and we are also lodging a complaint with the ombudsman about this. Can somebody contact us ASAP about this issue. This is not good enough for a customer that is paying for a service

can someone fix this for me

recently microsoft denied me access to my main account(which has xbox live) since I didn't finish adding security bio,and i forgot my password to the microsoft account.now i cant access multiplayer on my other account even though i had a home xbox,can this
be fixed?

You mentioned that you reached out to Phone/Chat support. When you spoke with them, did they provide you with any steps for recovering your account or did you only ask for a refund on your Xbox Live gold subscription?

So my question is what do you do when you have this error and have tried all the corrections to fix it? I have a family account with 3 gamertags. Only having a problem with one tag and its not the main one. Constantly asks for the email and password and
then give the 8015d002 error. I have added account security info, I have deleted and redownloaded the profile, I have cleared the cache and I have tried completely changing my account log in password. Nothing helps. It will allow me to log in for about
a min or so then kicks me out and asks for the email and password. What do I try now?

i have tried editing my security info. i added phone number, email adress, but nowhere does it ask me to verify them. instead is says will be added on 4/25, does this mean i wont be able to access my account through live for a month?

hi ppl ive got a problem with my xbox 360 ..... here goes( im not a gamer its for my child) i recently got me on live gold and created an account but when i try to log in on the pc it tells me they want a security check, the mobile no i put in was wrong
so i tried to delete it , now its tellin me i need to wait till 5/11/2013 ????????? till i can reset my account any info would be much appriciated

Oddly, secure is only when it comes to identifying yourself. But for purchases, anyone can turn on your X Box and bill your account. My 5 year old just did it. Now, If he cannot use it unless I am home, he will never have an X Box Live account...I would
see it much more SECURE that purchases have to be verified. Sorry, their security is only wanting more info on you, your secureity is anyone can create a charge.

I just now logged into my account online again to see what game was purchased, I logged in, and was able to see my account...when I clicked "Joy Ride Turbo .... $9.95" to see what game it was....it took me to a securee page and asked for me to chose a method
to verify my identity. Is that secure? Asking AFTERR I see my account info or is it just a top secret game I have to prove its me before I see it? I just was logged in today and veryfied my account. I did it last week also. Do I have to do this everytime I
log in?

Now, do I have to verify who I am before they charge my credit card or can anyone turn on the X Box and buy somethine without my authorization?

Lastly, yes, user error due to not logging in enough times. So, my newbish-ness with the new privacy act allowed me to hack my wifes email.
