My Xbox live account is blocked :(

A teammate sent me an annoying message while I was playing online, so i answered him "Shut up assh #! ...". One day later I noticed he has reported me , so my account has an enforcement message.

All problems like this one i´ve presented, i´ve not started them. In spite of that, i ´ve never gotten a problem with my account, I have a Good Reputation in Xbox Live.

I was trying to get on Xbox Support but I couldnt find the right option. Also i'm worried because i had bought a new 3 months Xbox Live subscription that day and i can not play anymore. Can someone experienced with this kind of situations help me. What do
I need to do? PLEASE!

My Windows Live ID is BLOCKED

I had a unauthorized access. Now my windows live ID is blocked.

The gamertag associated with this issue is Xogol

I have already contacted Xbox live support and they have conformed my Xbox live account is not blocked in any way.

Please resolve this asap.

Hello Harmonic, You should go to the enforcement page
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US and review the ToS and CoC, you also should have received an email with your violation and ban time. Stay safe and don't let people bait you in to saying things that are violations.

My main account: Mute and Block on Xbox Live. Mixer: Not following.

My side account: Mute and Block on Xbox Live. Mixer: Follow and now not following.

So I'm waiting to see if it works.

Do not remove Xbox Live, as that is the only way to block the advertisements (but ONLY on the Xbox Live accounts). I was able to block mature ads my account, but not on my kids because they don't have Xbox Live.

If your kids have Xbox Live you can change the advertisements to 'Family' in the Privacy menu.

And account xbox live block requires a password to sign in to the account but doesn't block the marketplace...

I would try checking my email associated with the Xbox live account and see if your account has been temporarily blocked. If your account was blocked, you can follow the steps in the email to unblock your account.
