My xbox live account is banned. Why though?

Yesterday, an extremely salty and arrogant kid i met on r6 in a quick match, tked me and my friend, and decided to throw the whole match. After inviting him to a party, he kept on and on screaming at me and yelling cuss words, which I just laughed off.
At about 11 pm however, i decided to message him, and ask him if he wanted to be dossed. I even went so far as to ask for his consent. I though it was a fool proof plan. Well xbox had other plans. I wake up to a 2 day suspension, and a message telling me I
was suspended for profanity. The message in question is: "Can I ddos you?". I don't see how this could come off as a threat, and why this warrants a 2 day ban (basically 3 day as it ends at 3 am.) I'm not looking for a get out of jail free, all im asking is
why [mod removed] is this profanity when i get asked this question literally every day and nothing happens.

I was onced banned for saying the name of a set in a game that had Demonic words in it. I was banned for profanity... Its a computer that checks it, so you have to tell them to review it. I was pissed and told them they needed to fix it so things like
this don't happen. Being banned me for a item name in a game is a huge flaw in their Ai. To some it up, the Ai is just looking through a list of words and phrases instead of actually viewing the conversation. If you want a human to look you have to ask for
a review.

Thanks! I submitted a review, and am currently waiting for a resolution. Although, I still don't know what guideline I could have broken. Is DOS a taboo word in massaging?
