My Xbox Live account has broken

Hello,some time ago to today in encountering Several problems with my Main account,First it has now the Child account setting and it was not like this before.i try to change it and it says that need an email that i Dont know to back to adult...Also now i
am unable to even play with my account because it keep asking parents permission wich i dont have..and today started new problems.i cant play any game without another account login toghether,also i can event play nothing it just throw me back to xbox live
menu..and when i try to loggin on xbox live server i got a Runtime error that also started today.. Does have any way to reset my account setting to it Original state?or at least remove that unknow email permission?now i cant play nothing on my xbox 360 due
to this problems...if anyone can support me i will be thankfull

Would like a refund on Dlc I've paid for and have not received.

Hi, I was purchasing DLC for fallout 3 -> Broken steel add on. Xbox live has taken £3.39 from my account but has not given me the DLC.

Sorry to hear it. If you are over 18 then you can promote the child account to adult by following the steps at this link.

However, if you are under 18 then an adult account will be required.

As for not being able to play games without another account being logged in then perhaps the other account is the owner of the games. If you've switched consoles recently or a license transfer was made to a different console then the licenses will need
to be moved back to the console you're playing on or the other account will need to be logged in so you can play those games.

Oh i see,in fact i tranfered my third Acc that is owner of most games thanks for helping me with that..about the other Problem,now in encountering this when i loggin:Invalid Family account permission change to another parent account...So i tried to change
it sereval times but i keep getting 2 erros..

Error 801540FE please try again later...

i Cant change nothing because i keep getting RUNTIME error on website and these errors on console

 

Thanks for posting the error code. Doing a search for the code online showed that others who have had this problem were informed to contact phone support for more assistance as that is an account related issue.

As for the runtime error, try using a different browser or clear the browsers cache to see if that solves it.
