My account on Xbox live had 2 strikes for communication and then wrongfully has been indefinitely banned along with a console banned and not once have I used anything else that could remotely cause this intense of a ban besides general chat. I had to create another email to post this due to not even being able to use the account anymore on Microsoft. No details have even been provided. This is wrong as I have thousands of dollars invested in games with in game content and can not transfer any of these games to a new account.
