My xbox live account has been banned wrongully.

My account has been banned. I received an email stating the account "munky fukny69" has been banned. This is not my gamertag which means my account with the gamertag "Frzstbite" was banned by mistake instead of the account with the
gamertag "munky fukny69". I contacted support staff and they agree and told me to post this on the forums to reverse the ban on my account. I have the email if it is needed as proof. Thank you.

Wrongfully Communication banned

Hi my account i believe has been wrongully banned. Reason being is i was on the looking for group feature on the xbox one when i found this malicious peraon who was asking for sexual pleasures, and then i will admit i was in the wrong for reporting
them i replied with "get out of here you f*#&# creep theres kids on this platform" i believe it is wrong for me to be banned for this as i was trying to make the community for kid friendly.

I've gone through the case review and they still didn't unban me. I've been told that I should be unbanned by one of Xbox's representatives. I've been around in circles now for nearly a year. Is it really that hard? Just UNBAN MY ACCOUNT.

 

Phone/chat support do not handle suspensions/bans so they really can't give proper advice about them. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

Well excuse my language but that's just **** stupid. The phone support ensured me that my ban was wrongfully given and needed to be withdrawn. Yet the enforcement team won't revoke it. How can one company say two different things? Is there any way I can
take this higher up because I'm extremely unhappy and quite frankly this is wrong.

 

Nothing you can do.Phone/chat support are nothing to do with enforcement & often give out incorrect information when it comes to enforcement matters.

The enforcement team are as high as it goes when it comes to enforcement matters & if they have upheld their decision after a case review then that's final.
