My XBOX Live account had communications suspended

My communications were suspended an indefinite period of time due to me responding to a verbal attack by another player. This person in turn reported me which I imagine resulted in my suspension. The other player in question also sent an ugly message to
my sister as well who was playing with me at the time, then blocked her so that she couldn't respond to his abuse. Can this please be reviewed? I would like to be able to communicate with other players again soon, and I believe it to be unfair to be suspended
for defending myself and others from a verbally abusive and repulsive player.

Am I screwed? suspended live account

I used a prepaid debit card that had $1 left on it to sign up for one of the "free month of xbox live" since I knew it was an auto-pay scam.
I thought once the month was up it would just drop me back to Silver since there were no funds.

But they suspended my account, so now I can't do anything online with my account, including redownload games I already bought.

Is there anyway I can change my account to silver instead of a suspended gold account without paying MS's extortion, or am I screwed?

Wrongful account suspension

My xbox live account has been suspended for inappropriate communications during a time that I was not even online. Please allow me to contact enforcement so I can understand why it is that my account has been suspended.

My issue has nothing to do with a Forum, I was suspended from Xbox Live Communication due to a Looking For Group Post I made On the Xbox Console using the built in Looking For Group Feature.

The Red Dead Roleplay Forum is not my issue, its Microsoft’s Reasoning for Suspending my Xbox Live Account’s Communication Abilities for Two Days because of a Post I Made ON XBOX

I have had my Xbox account for almost 7 years with no problems ever being suspended or anything I am currently on a enforcement suspension and my Xbox I’d is suspended to to this enforcement I have filed a claim and apologized for any misunderstanding and
hope they fix this issue soon considering I’m currently paying for Xbox live gold and can’t play any games online or communicate with friends family. Thankyou in advance help please

To get an official answer, can you please create a thread in Forum 15 - My LIVE account was suspended.

The XBLPET monitor this forum and they can tell you why you was suspended from communication.

Is the communications suspension for a specific game, or all of Live?

If it's for all of Live, you'll have to talk with the Enforcement team members here:

It's the only forum section they look at, and typically suspensions aren't lifted until the time has been served.
