My xbox live account can't purchase anything

My xbox live account's region is located in Hong Kong.Today I try to purchase something through the website with my credit card it says my payment methods is error ,I used this card for two years with no problem. At the same time, my
xbox live account has 300 Hong Kong dollars, but account cash shows gray and can not be used too.

So can anyone help ? What is this problem?

I've lost all information on my Xbox live adult accounts now I can't access them so I can't change the settings to my own child account so I am unable to purchase anything because I left it on free content only

The reason you cannot use the currency is that you're on the website; for some reason it does not yet support the currency in the Microsoft Account, but if you try the download from a console you should be able to use those funds.

As for the credit card, does your billing address on your account match your physical location (in terms of region, Hong Kong)? Make sure that it has not expired and that the details on
Sign in to your Microsoft account and
https://account.live.com are correct and match each other.

On my account it is there and when to xbox website it show that i own the game, but still Doesn't appear in my download history.. i noticed that the game is not showing compatible with xbox live... Does this have something to do with the problem?

The deluxe edition shows the xbox live compatibility but it is not available in the xbox store through the console plus that I can't purchase anything from the console as i tried to pay for the game there but my purchase did not go through, so i purchased it from the website, but yet it is still not owned on the console, while it shows owned on the website and account

First of all thank you for replying. I could change my country for my Microsoft account, however my country on my Xbox Live profile remained untouched. My problem is I can't buy anything from the live marketplace because my country on my live profile is
not the same that is in my bank card. I think the purchase won't complete. So is there any way I could keep my GT and my email and change my country in my xbox live account?

Hi!

That's what I don't understand because the main account has Xbox live and that allows the three secondary accounts to have access to live. So we all have live. But only when the main account is logged in. I can't access any games that have been purchased by the main account unless the main account is logged in.

I've checked the Home settings and it is checked. But unless that main account is actively logged in, we can't use anything. I'm thoroughly confused.
