My Xbox Live Account cannot be signed into because the email account was terminated by Google

The account I am currently using cannot download or purchase anything due to "parental restrictions" which I nor anyone else have put into place.

For whatever reason, I am blocked from downloading priced content because the parental account has not permitted it, when I tried to download it, it sent me to account.live to sign in and resolve the issue. I then tried to access my email account to get
the code, however it was terminated due to suspicious activity.

At this point I contacted Xbox support to resolve this matter, however this did not help, as I rarely use the parent account and as such do not remember the security questions or the information. I was told to fill out a form to gain access to account, but
it would not accept it because it did not have enough information. I contacted Xbox support again and I was informed to do the exact same thing.

Which did not work, obviously.

I contacted Google to get the email account restored, but nothing can be done until they respond.

So I wonder if there actually is anything I can do. This makes absolutely no sense as this so-called "security feature" was no issue on the 360 as I could download without being pestered by some useless feature that tells me that downloading free DLC is
a no-no.

I need this account back so I can actually use my Xbox One, so I would gratefully appreciate any help that means that I can just get my account back, and not spend half an hour filling out a form that will just be declined because I don't know what my favourite
fictional character was several years ago.

How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

Overview

It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

Sorry to hear that you're having these issues. Unfortunately if you do not have the answers to the security questions there is nothing that anyone here or at support can do to help out.

However, contacting Google was the correct thing to do. Wait for their support service to get back in touch regarding the email address and hopefully you'll be able to work with them to sort it out.

I have been using a Google account to sign in, plus I do have a blank account using my Google account to sign in to my outlook email, and the email address is randomly born.

But the problem is the spammers will continue to enjoy successfully sending out those emails into my existing email address! I want them punished so when they attempt to send emails they will get an "automatic failure to deliver message". This is what
I did with my Google Account email, google let me delete the Gmail address and I assigned yandex as my new address for my google account 3 years ago and the spam completely stopped. No spam in my yandex mail and sending emails to the gmail results in automatic
failure to deliver since it is deleted.

With Microsoft Account it seems I am unable to delete individually the live.co.uk email address and simply change the primary alias to to the Microsoft account to something else. This is a major drawback.

What you are basically suggesting me to do is add a new desired email address to my account, and set that as the primary sign in alias but ignore the old email address. This seems a little bit pointless to me.

Because although I would be able to sign in to Xbox Live or Games for Windows Live with a different email address, I won't be able to delete the live.co.uk email without deleting the Microsoft account. So if I delete the Microsoft account, despite assigning
a different email address as the primary alias, this will delete the Microsoft account if I am correct?

Here's some more information I found!!!

"After 365 days of inactivity, your
email will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
After 2 years of inactivity, your Microsoft account will be
deleted and cannot be recovered. 2. If your account was marked
inactive it would not exist.30 Apr 2016"

Could this be another alternative solution? If I do not login to the email address for 365 days and the email gets deleted will the the Microsoft Account along with Xbox Live continue to function correctly? And what happens then will the Microsoft Account no
longer have a Microsoft email or can I at least use it without the outlook email?

You cannot permanently delete an account, if you want to use the email from the old account. do this..............

1) Go here--live.xbox.com/.../billingaccountinformation

2) Either make new email though whoever you want (I suggest AOL.com) or use another email that you don't use, this new email cannot be on any other Xbox LIVE account

3) Once you have changed the email on the old account, let's go in with the new by signing into your new account and because the email on the old one now is not on any Xbox LIVE account, you may now use the email that was originally on the old account

Is there current article however because you made your ms account into an Xbox live account id wait for someone to walk you thru it first because it gets complicated and ms accounts with Xbox one aint my speciality
