My Xbox live 12 month subscription was cancelled... can anyone help me, please?

Hi! I'm having problems with my 12 month xbox live prepaid code! Just got a message from Microsoft saying that my subscription has been cancelled! I don't understand why and I'm not sure what do do, Could anyone help me, please?

hi. I had a 12 month xbox gold live card. I redeemed it on the 4th Jan 2017. It is now cancelled. When I rang xbox they said theu can see I had a redeemed a code on the 4th and cancelled the subscription on the same day.

They can see.its aistake. But there is nothing they cam do except for me to purchase another 12 month memberahup for $80.

Im 11yo so it was jonestly an accident as the membershipwas a Christmas present.

Has amyone else done this? Has anyone else had some help with it?

I would like xbox to help me out.

I accidentally reset my xbox and everything was erased. Is there anyway I can retrieve my subscription back?

I reset my xbox because the network wasn't working. And I signed back into my 12 month subscription and it gave me a new profile with no xbox live. Can anyone help?

last year i bought a 12 month xbox live card. i recently purchased xbox game pass ultimate, not knowing live was included. today i cancelled it becase my payment was due and i went to play with my friend and i couldnt because this caused my xbox live to

hello my name is giuseppe, i have a 12 month xbox live gold subscription, yesterday i also tried to get the 1 euro game pass, to download new games. I just realized that my one year xbox live gold subscription has been canceled. So I canceled the game
pass to get my one year xbox live gold subscription back, but now it tells me that I have to pay to have another subscription. Can I do something to recover it, I don't want to lose the 60 euros spent on the subscription ???? help me !!!

Microsoft discontinued the 12-month subscriptions for Gold a couple of years ago. Anyone who did not cancel their subscription or upgrade to Ultimate, would be grandfathered into the 12-month subscription. Once cancelled, there is no way to go back to that.

The monthly price for Core will be the same as the currently monthly price for Gold. But again, as the 12 months subscriptions were terminated years ago, there is no equivalent price for that through Xbox.

can anyone atleast tell me how to cancel my subscription to xbox live. it automatically pulls $9.99 out of my account every month and i atleast want to cancel that since i cant use online.
