My Xbox Live 12-month subscription ended early only at 6 months

on March 14th 2017 I bought a 12 month subscription to Xbox Live. Today it got shut off after only 6 months.

Xbox Live carry over?

My XBL subscription just ended and I would usually have bought it again already, but I can't see myself paying for the 12 month subscription if the new consoles are 6 months away. I only buy the 12 month subscription because it is cheaper per month ($5 per
month) than the others. My question is if I buy the 12 month card, then buy the new console this holiday season; will my 12 months carry over to the new console's Live service. I want my 12 month subscription to play games until the Fall semester, but wont
pay $60 for just 6 months of service on a soon to be outdated console.

i got xbox live last december and it came with the +1 month so it shouldnt expire til january but there saying it expires next month and that ive had it since last october which i havnt so its ripping me off three months and i called and they said i just
have to buy it again cause i started it last october but its hard to forget getting it for christmas idk what to do

I had this issue, but it now seems to be resolved.

I ended up buying a months subscription, then stopping the repeat payment.

EAHub was recently updated so I tried the 12 month again which now works.

However!.

My month subscription was due to end on the 25th November, and my 12 month one has only done 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I get my 12 month one to start from the end of the month subscription. otherwise, not only have i paid more for a month, but I will be paying for part of that month twice. Is this the right place to raise this?
