    My Xbox Live 12 Month Code That I buy from Amazon is not working


    Through a friends Account I buy a Xbox Live 12 Month Subscription Online Code yesterday. When I try it to redeem it, it didnt work.

    The message say that there was an unnexpected error.

    Help me please

    My Xbox live 12 months stopped working before it was due to stop working

    My Xbox live 12 month subscription was working from nov. 1 2017 and then just stopped working all of the sudden on dec. 9 2017. I was trying everything I could to get it back, such as logging out my account or other accounts but nothing is working.

    Side Note: I had made an account previously that day and I redeemed the code from a 12 month card on nov. 1. Any help to get my 12 month subscription back is appreciated.

    Subscription for gold

    You can no longer purchase a 12 month subscription through Xbox, but you can still buy them as a prepaid code through other retailers. Otherwise, through Xbox you can buy a 1 month or 3 month Gold subscription.
    Well, thanks for nothing, I just paid £49.99 for 12 months gold from amazon....

    Redeemed code and IT CONVERTED IT TO 4 MONTHS GAME PASS ULTIMATE.......so in 4 months bye bye xbox, hello ps5........

    You can also get pre-paid 12 month codes from stores like Amazon, Argos, NewEgg etc., which works out cheaper than paying MS directly.

    For example, MS charge £17.99 for 3 months, so 12 months would cost £71.96, but a 12 month code on Amazon is £49.99.

    Obviously, I don't know which country you're in, but that may be a cheaper option for you.
