Did you change to Ultimate Game Pass ?

If not you have to request a call from the phone support, cause they are the only people who can look into your account !

It didn't stack with me. My 12 months were supposed to expire around early December 2013. On nov 24rd I entered a one year code and it says it expires nov 24th 2014. I got swindled for at least 2 weeks of gold

it will convert gold to 4 months gamepass ultimate, if you want the gold for the full 12 months let the gamepass ultimate expire first.

I just redeemed my Microsoft points on a 12 month subscription for Xbox gold, when I tried to redeem the code it told my that it will convert it into 4 months of Xbox game pass, I don't want game pass I want gold, do I have to wait for my game pass to
expire before I can redeem my code for 12 months of gold

Has anyone else not received their rewards for Cosmic Rescue? I finished it about a week early and to my knowledge have not gotten the points or the month of game pass ultimate since I’m pretty sure my expiration date is still the same.
