My xbox keeps turning on at random times

If your Xbox console is unexpectedly shutting down, it may be because it's not getting enough ventilation. As I read "it seems to be happening when I'm playing a game" it may be overheating. Make sure there is enough ventilation. I also recommend checking the Xbox Support Article

Offers are shown at random and the dashboard refreshes them each time you turn it on. You would have to keep an eye out to see if it shows up again.

Yeah, I don't like this feature either. As it is now I hate when my Kinect keeps listening to me when the system is turned on. I can't even imagine how frustrating it could be to have the stupid thing always listening and doing something random every time
my conversation in the room includes the word "Xbox" or "on".

i keep getting random disconnects from ea and called xbox on a number of times and they cant find anything wrong with my connection .

Holy shot if i die another time because of auto turn off and throwing my xbox out the window. 4 games in a row i lost because of random turn offs like ****
