My xbox keeps stopping the installation for my game

my installation for games keeps stopping and i am unsure on what to do to solve this

Can't Download Game From Disc

My issue is that I am currently trying to download Forza Horizon 2 on disc, but the installation keeps stopping even though my connection, storage, and disc are all fine. I've restarted the Xbox, the installation, and just about everything else. I honestly
have no clue at this point as to what the problem could be. The installation keeps stopping at %26, but since it says the game is ready to start, and in game, it says the installation is at %74 and wont move at all.

Have you tried deleting the stopped install and then re trying to install it? You can also try https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/games/troubleshooting/game-installation-process-stops

it works but took a couple of tries

In addition to what whiteandshiny advises and to make sure any previous cache isn't used try the following steps

Be sure the network connection is fully up and running properly if it is, continue to the next steps

Stop the current installation and remove it.
Power cycle the console via Guide - Settings - Restart Console
Download a demo or any other content of at least a couple of GB in size
If the download of the other content was successful then try to install the Game again

Let us know the results

I uninstalled the game and installed it again a couple of times which solved the problem but it takes a couple of tries.
