    i have been trying to get xbox live and it keeps saying that. i have waited two days, turned off my xbox, turned it back on, fully updated my console, and yet it still says the same thing.

    ok, so I've been trying to renew my Xbox live. I even talked to someone online about my issue but still isn't resolved. Every time I try to use the 3 month prepaid card I bought it keeps saying "something went wrong on our end, trying again a bit later might
    help" but it's been doing it for the past 2-3 days... anyone had this happen to them before? If so, how did you get the issue resolved?
