my xbox keeps saying im not in canada even thoe everythings set as that

hi im not hijacking this thread but i have the same problem also, my xbox came from canada with a prepaid full game download code, i have tried changing my location and time even in my computer to match the canada's timezone, when i tried redeeming im current
location it says invalid when i tried to match canada's the item popped out but when i clicked okay it says "Something went wrong

How do i do thia im having the same problem I can't even play any games or anything it keeps saying im not connected yo the internet but everything else works in my home or it days connect to Xbox live over and over help.

As I stated in the original post, everything I have connected to my account is set to Canada. Billing, Payment options, etc. I have already verified that they all say Canada. I've also checked my web browser to ensure it's set to Location: Canada. I've
deleted cookies and cache, to ensure when I access the Xbox website it's fresh. Still getting what I see in the pictures above.

when will they fix this im so addict to this game i keep trying out alot of things in the game and how to fix lag and still the same i cant stop playing even if i keep getting killed alot im getting sick of it thoe yeah i see the kill cam like when one time
i shot someone from the back he did not die then i kept shoting then he killed me and i was shoting and on the kill cam not one shot fired
