my xbox keeps making me restart

so i decided to go on gta5 but it said that it took to long to start but i was still on the screen but when i turned it off and turned it back on it was restarting so i thought it was just restarting like usual. btw my xbox is a xbox one s. but instead
of just restarting and putting me on the home screen it puts me on a screen where i can restart it again or troubleshoot it and if i restart it again it sends me to the same screen and if i turn it off and turn it back on it would restart so i need help pls.

if you have an original Xbox (arcade ect..) get the transfer cable and connect it to you PC. us a formatted Xbox usb and manually transfer from HD to USB. just make copies first just me besure it doesn't corrupt the data.

You can do the same with the slim but you need a hard drive adapter and do the same thing.

if you are having problems with transferring/copying. then phone request xbox support and ask what PC programs (AKA Xbox 360 dashboard emulator) are there to use on your PC to view 360 contents and move them. or if you can go to a Microsoft approved computer
repair shop in your area to have them transfer the data on a new harddrive for you for a small fee. ( you cannot take an xbox to a repair shop because of the terms and conditions but hardrives are yes and no depending on who is allow to tamper with them. so
a Microsoft approved and certified shop should be allowed to handle the hardrive because they no the terms and conditions when handling Microsoft products and will not do anything against the terms and conditions listed and given to them by Microsoft)

Someone posted a similar problem a while back. It seems it was the shut down preferences that were set. They had their system set to shut down after a certain amount of non use time. When their wireless controller shut off (during the movie) the console
recognized that as not in use and proceeded with the shut down.

Perhaps take a look at your preferences and see if you have it set up to shut down after an amount of time. If so, either increase the time or turn the auto shut down off.

and if you remove the hard drive first and connect your xbox 360 to see if it will reniciar? then with your game put off again and try to format the hard drive and continue with the same problem will have to purchase a new hard drive
