    My Xbox keeps freezing and black screening


    So my Xbox keeps freezing and black screening, making me restart it. Everything is also delayed. For example, if I clicked the Xbox home button, it would take maybe 30 seconds for it to pop up. And sometimes it doesn't let me login in at all, it just sits and stays in a black screen. I've tried factory resetting it and that hasn't helped at all and this is really starting to bug me. I haven't been able to play with my friends at all for the past week cause if it. Can someone please help me with my issues?

    Wish I could finish the campaign. I keep getting black screen and my xbox freezes everytime i try to play it.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If you have already performed a reset did you choose to keep my games and apps or removed anything? If you choose keep my games and apps the last resort will be to reset it and remove everything.

    You will be needing to install your games and apps again but I am positive that this will fix the issue.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and remove everything.
