My xbox keeps disconnecting me off xbox live

While I play xbox 360 gta 5 and it keeps disconnecting me I've brought the xbox gold a month ago, I don't know what to do I'm so upset

My xbox 360 keeps disconnecting from xbox live!!!!! What is going on? It's cheesing me off!!!! Is there a way to fix this? GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game. I don't know whats going on but it keeps disconnecting me and the if I go back on xbox home it reconnects me again.

 

If you keep getting disconnected check your set up to make sure everything's good. If you are using a wireless connection try using an ethernet cable. Also try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging it for 5 seconds then waiting until it starts
back up again before turning your console back on.

 

Why does everyone feel the need to recommend the same "fixes" that are in the stupid flow chart that does nothing? There are tons of posts for the same issue...fix it!!!!

Let's have you try this guide to see if it helps out with this random disconnect problem.

Xbox 360 Disconnect Solution. You may need to end up contacting your ISP in the end, but if will help you determine what the root cause of the issue is so that it can be fixed.

Is the issue happening in all games you play or just one in particular? If it's just in one specific game, which game is it?

 

I primarily play Black Ops 2. It also happens during Black Ops 3 and SSX. This has been over a year long issue. This problem has occurred on two different ISP's. Router/Modem reset, hard wired, console in DMZ, speed test good, new router/modem

In addition, so we are better able to further assist, could you please provide us with your detailed Network Statistics from your Xbox 360 Console? You can find that information by going to Settings Tab > System > Network > Select the Network you are
on >Network Statistics. Please be sure to include the following:

Network

Internet

Latency

Packet Loss

Upload Speed

Download Speed
